Preußen Münster and the Münster Blackhawks have signed an agreement for the shared use of Preußenstadion. This agreement allows the American football team to host its home games at the stadium on Hammer Straße. The Blackhawks will make their debut at Preußenstadion on May 27 against the Rostock Griffins. This decision was made because the Blackhawks need a new venue with sufficient capacity for spectators. Preußenstadion meets these requirements to accommodate the expected attendance. Discussions between the two clubs and the city of Münster began late last year. The agreement also includes solutions for technical infrastructure and pitch maintenance. The Blackhawks will play their last home game of the season at the end of July against the Solingen Paladins. Preußen Münster's third league season will kick off in early August, and fans are eager for the upcoming challenges.
